Where:  Meet at the Bridge Ave. beach, Bay Head NJ

Learn to mentally and physically prepare for the great atlantic ocean!  Dive under waves, exit the smart way, understand ocean currents, practice sighting in a ocean chop, breathe technique, stroke technique and more....!
