When: Saturday, August 7, 2010 - Come on up for the rising... 6:50 AM Start!
Course: Swim 1/3 mile * Bike 15 miles * Run 3.5 miles
Awards: Top 5 OA * 5 yr AG * Clydesdale
CW Overview: Point to point swim! Bike 2 fast laps on our new course, now stretching up into Deal along Ocean Avenue. We kept the loop around the lake based on the great feedback from last year! The run stretches around Wesley Lake, down to the Ocean Grove pier, through both the Casino and Convention Hall, with a grand finish on the historic Asbury Park boardwalk.
