3.  Howard Johnson's, 955 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753 (732) 244-1000. Might be the best of all.  Easy access to Olive Garden, Tiffany's sport bar and sushi, and a b-line to the race down 166/rt 9.  A great pub and rooms to sleep. (15-20 minutes to race)
