Wet suits are allowed

 

Swimmers must wear assigned color cap

Swimmers may hang on a kayak or paddle board, but may not use these safety floats to be propelled forward.

Swimmers who do no complete the swim and exit the course before the finish, must turn their chip over to the first volunteer they see. 

1.2 miles will be one lap with finish on the beach.  2.4m swimmers will exit the first lap up onto the beach, run over the lap counter map, and re-enter the water to complete another loop.

.6 swimmers will swim point to point, and exit on the north beach beyond the 1.2 turn around.  It is a 5 minute walk back to the start and awards stage.
