Overview:  70 degree water.  Swim the 1.2 mile loop once or twice for ironman distance 2.4m.  You can also exit point to point for a .6m swim.

Staged at Lavallette, in the clean calm Barnegat Bay.  You are going to like this swim!  Buoys and lifeguards on the course.  Electronic Timing.  Awards.
