You enter this race as one of the following:

Elite athlete (Wave 1, looking to place top 5 overall. Not eligible for AG award)

Age Group (Wave TBD, eligible for overall and AG division)

Clydesdale (200 lb or over male) Retro Division (No carbon bikes...no carbon period, outfit and gear subject to race official approval). You enter as age group for USAT points, but we will have additional awards for those sporting the "Retro" look!
Refund Policy
Athletes may request a partial deferral by submitting an email request 30 days prior to race day.
Approved requests will be entitled to a credit of 50% of your race entry fee (not including USAT one day license fee and/or credit card fees) toward another Jersey Shore MultiSport produced race. You have until the end of the following race season (last JSMS race) to use your credit after which it becomes void.

We recommend you pick up your race packet ahead of time if you pre-registered online to save some time on race morning for transition set up and swim warm up.

If you do not have a current valid and proof of USAT membership at packet pickup, you will need to pay $10 for a 1 day USAT Insurance Certificate. No exceptions.
EVENT CANCELLATION
There is NO rain date, We go Rain or Shine. In case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case there will be No Refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must except any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complementary race entry to a future race. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.
The race will be a USAT sanctioned event. Following the race, will be a festive celebration that includes an awards ceremony, & plenty of food & drink. Overall awards go five deep. Age group awards will be three deep using USAT age group categories, plus Clydesdales.
