LavaLove's bike course is fast, demanding, and our most spectator friendly in the series with 6 passes by the crowd, before 3 more run cameos to the finish. A great event for all!
Abby, Kate, and Emily feel the love. Far right, Champ Sue Huelster defends big! The run at LavaLove is a challenging 3.8 mile loop, and is the great equalizer after the big swim and leg burning bike course. You will need a whole lotta love!
