Two races, one grand day on the historic Seaside boardwalk. Post race awards on the beach continues into the streets at The Seaside Heights Food Festival! A great family day of racing and fun!!!
Great Atlantic Ocean Triathlon start: 6:40 am
Super Sprint Fitness Challenge start: 7:05 am
Great Atlantic Overview:
Swim: .5 mile ocean swim out and back along the shore.
Bike: 2 loops on a fast flat 7.1 mile course made up of the smooth roads Ocean Terrace and Bayview Avenue (home asphalt to the Jersey Shore Time Trial)
Run: Run the 3.5 mile out and back on the boards of Seaside Heights and Seaside Park to a great finish.
Super Sprint Fitness Challenge overview:
This is a great way to do your first triathlon or earn your crab cake at the Seaside Heights Seafood Festival just a few blocks from the finish line.
Point to point .25 swim….1 loop on the bike course, and a 2 mile run out and back on the Seaside boardwalk.
