Course Overview:
Run
Vice Versa has the worlds only "rolling start", as racers jog the first .2 tenths of a mile with Team Brandon leading the way. A cannon blast, and a mass run start spreads the field quickly.
Bike
A flying 3 loop bike trip up Norwood Ave. and back down Ocean Avenue makes for one of the fastest bike courses in NJ. Last years bike split winner averaged over 26 mph!
Swim to the Finish!
Transition off the bike for a 70 degree (avg. ocean temp Sept. 18) .25 mile swim along the protected crescent shoreline to a beach finish! Like no other!!!!
Post race party Jersey Shore Tri Club style with Mr. C's cooking!
